As co-founder of CircleUp Education, he brings over 15 years of experience in advanced conflict resolution, equity-centered consulting, and restorative justice program development. He holds a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley and studied international relations at Sciences Po in Paris. Tyrone’s work is rooted in multicultural education, cultural competency, and deep listening, which he integrates into each training and dialogue process. As a trained mediator, he helps institutions navigate complex cultural dynamics and build sustainable practices that support inclusion, accountability, and systemic change.

Her facilitation style blends charisma, clarity, and compassion—making even the most challenging DEI topics accessible and engaging. Charlotte is especially skilled at helping participants connect big-picture ideas to their everyday work, using real-world examples and interactive strategies that spark insight and reflection. She’s also a core contributor to CircleUp’s restorative practices work in schools, where she designs and leads innovative, memorable circle experiences that build inclusion and connection among students and staff.
