You’ll build self-awareness, reflect on real-world scenarios, and learn a powerful technique for calling people in rather than calling them out. Designed to be interactive and practical, this course helps you and your team create a shared language around diversity, bias, and inclusion.

  • Differentiate between implicit and explicit forms of bias

  • Explore the impact of microaggressions and unconscious discrimination

  • Reflect on real-world scenarios and learn from others’ experiences
