Restorative Justice & DEI Practitioner | Mediator | Trainer & Consultant | Cultural Competency Expert Tiffany Hoang is a restorative justice and DEI practitioner, mediator, and trainer who has designed and facilitated hundreds of trainings for thousands of people across the U.S., including service coordinators, educators, corporate staff, and nonprofit professionals. As co-founder of CircleUp Education, she brings over a decade of experience supporting organizations in building practical, community-rooted approaches to conflict resolution, equity, and restorative practices. Her work draws on a background in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley, formal training in mediation and yoga, and years of hands-on experience coaching teams and developing training programs. Tiffany also incorporates elements of improvisation and experiential learning to create real-world scenarios that help participants build applicable skills. As a first-generation Vietnamese American, she brings lived experience and a thoughtful perspective to her work, with attention to culture, context, and the practical needs of diverse communities.
